I love it when I am sent a chain letter, “inspiring story, etc in email and I notice that the sender decided NOT to use the BCC field… again. For the last year or so when an email like that is sent to everyone in someone’s address book I copy all of the email addresses and paste them into the BCC field, put one of my domain email aliases that routes to devnull as the recipient address (that can be seen) and put a big bold note asking them to NEVER do that again and if they do to kindly remove my address from that list because if I was a spammer I would OWN each and everyone of them. And each and every other email address that email was sent to before them.
And yet after a year of doing so people still don’t get it.
