Well, they did it folks. The Senate passed the bill I posted about yesterday.
The Senate gave its final approval yesterday for President Bush’s proposal for interrogating and prosecuting the terror suspects held at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, sending the legislation to the White House for Mr. Bush’s signature.

Ever since updating my wordpress to version 2.0.4 from 2.0, my main Widgets plugin won’t work. Actually, that’s a lie, it works until I want to manage/edit the widgets.
And my theme won’t let me access the theme options. Both, even after complete reinstalls of the plugins/files.

Paul Rieckhoff is the Executive Director for IAVA and in yesterday’s New York Times, Paul Rieckhoff called on the Senators to stand their ground and reject a compromise with the Bush Admininistration about new legislation that would allow the United States to reinterpret the standards of detainee treatment under the Geneva Conventions.
