Back in September, 2005, Keli and I bought a laptop from Best Buy. At the time, it was a damn near top-of-the-line HP Pavilion notebook, zx6000 series. We knew that, as our luck tends to run, something would break on it after the factory warranty had ended, and we’d be stuck with the bill. So we decided to spend the extra $300+ on the extended warranty. We were told that if anything broke, to bring it in and they would take care of it. No problemo… or so I thought.
