For those of you who may not yet own a copy of “Serenity” (like myself), or may not have even seen the movie, now is a great time to buy it! The 2-disc Collectors Edition is available, as the excerpt below from SerenityStuff.com states, for preorder from Amazon.

I do recommend you watch the FireFly TV series before watching the movie, as “Serenity” was intended to tie up some loose ends and be a companion to the ill-fated TV show. While the movie could stand on its own, you’ll definitely miss out on a large part of the developing storyline, character development, and lead up events.
