Craig…the US justice system does not only seem confusing for the rest of the world( I’m in Sweden) but for us who has followed the case and read up on the material, the system come off as an incredible joke. Unfortunately it adds fuel to the fire of an already formed opinion that the intelligent level of the country is close to retardation. A retardation nation. I’m definitly not saying that our system is flawless but come on. This is ridicoulus. I think that Judge Burnett, if so convinced of a guilty sentence, would allow a new trail, at least just to shut us followers up. Guilty or not…There must be a fair trial… This is common sense.
Even if they did it…convict them on real facts and hard evidence… This fars has to stop

The US justice system really confuses the rest of the world. Im getting the feeling that the state is scared that if the WM3 gets aquited they stand to lose millions in compensation paid. Something Arkansas cant afford.

i think that is pretty narrow minded of him considering these guys r facing death for a crime i think is obviously they didnt commit.DNA evidence has been used time and time again to send people to jail why not use it to find the truth.There is someone out there who knows really what happened maybe they already have the proof.
