Don't Let the Door Hit You on the Way Out, 2008!

This time last year I was full of hope and ideas for the then upcoming year.

Not too far in, however, 2008 sat on me and forced me to watch as it folded those hopes and dreams into an effigy of my hopes and dreams and then proceeded to burn them, right in front of my eyes. It then did a perverse sort of Happy Dance on the still-smoldering ashes.

I had a bunch of wonderfully grand schemes of things to do with this blog. 2008 was going to be a year of progress and growth. This time around, I’m hopeful that 2009 will be what I had hoped 2008 would have been.

    I’m with Keli on this. A wide assortment of topics seems to suit you well, and I always prefer when folks post about matters controversial. Maybe not explicitly trolling for flamewars, but hey.
