For the past couple of months, I’ve been reading through George R. R. Martin’s “A Song of Ice and Fire” series. One thing that I noticed right off the bat is how prevalent food is in his writing and, just as important, how much the foods the characters eat help define them throughout the books.
Some of the foods mentioned sound amazing while others make me thankful I never have to try them. Luckily, for fans of the series and foodies alike, there’s a web site out there with recipes to a TON of those same meals and food from the books, called Inn At The Crossroads.
